Going Dotty!

A fun and funky trend for AW11 is polka dots, and the fashion world is going dotty over it! Celebs have been wearing the trend and designers, high street stores and websites have been creating polka dot pieces!
This cheery trend is guaranteed to cheer up any dull days, and the trend is constantly being revived so you can adapt your polka dot piece to future seasons.
For anyone that isn’t comfortable with prints polka dots are much more subtle than florals, more figure friendly than stripes and can be playful and flirty as well as elegant and classic.
They can also be worn by all ages and shapes, is there anything bad about this trend?!
Check out these gorgeous celebs in polka dots!

Alexa Chung, looks effortlessly cool by teaming her polka dots with some super skinny jeans!

Pixie Lotts wears a subtle hint of the trend with a printed headband.

Daisy Lowe looks effortlessly chic in this design from her mum's range for high street store Peacocks.

Fearne Cotton gives dots a rock chic edge by teaming with denim shorts and grungy boots.
