Tilly's trend watch: Crop Tops

Crop tops are all over the high street at the moment and are definitely a hot trend for SS13. I can honestly say that at first the idea of wearing one filled me with dread, due to the fact that my stomach is currently more like Homer Simpsons than Giselle’s.

However you don’t need washboard abs to pull a crop top off, if like me you aren’t brimming with confidence then wear your crop top over a vest or a lacy body.

You can wear your crop tops with a casual feel by teaming yours with a pair of high waisted jeans, or as mentioned above by layering them. They’re perfect for evening wear too, and look great with maxi skirts, heels and stacks of bracelets!
